How your information is used for the AI Value and Control assessment.
This notice supplements our website privacy notice, which explains who is responsible, the legal bases we use, international processing, retention criteria and your rights. What you provide
The assessment collects your answers, first name, email and organisation. You can also add your role, ownership context and reason for taking the assessment. The submission includes your indicative results, assessment version and checks such as whether a personal email address was used or the form was completed unusually quickly. These checks help Stuart review the input; they do not determine whether you receive a service.
Use information you are authorised to share. Please leave out customer or colleague details, confidential client information and sensitive personal information.
What happens to it
Your initial results appear on screen. When you submit your contact details, your answers and results are sent to Stuart through FormSubmit.co and received in his business email. If you complete the additional questions and send a review request, the complete assessment is sent to him again, marked as a full review request. This does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
If you request a written review, Stuart copies the assessment input into Claude, supplied by Anthropic, to help prepare a draft report. Stuart checks the report before sending it to you. The assessment does not send an automated report or make a decision about your business.
The services involved
FormSubmit processes the submission to deliver the email and states that it retains form submissions in its archive for 30 days. Microsoft 365 is used for business email. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare deliver this website. Claude processes the material used to prepare a requested written review. Providers’ notices explain their processing and retention arrangements; no fixed Claude deletion period is promised here.

Drafts on your device
The page uses browser storage to recover your answers if you refresh or return. A draft can be resumed for up to 24 hours after its last update. Expired drafts are not resumed; browser storage may remain until you clear it or start again. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see a saved draft. No assessment answers are placed in a shareable results URL.
The email step checks whether an email domain can receive mail using Cloudflare’s DNS service. This check sends the domain, not your full email address or assessment answers. It also checks email-domain lists included with this page.
Retention and your choices
Stuart keeps assessment correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any related business discussion, using the retention criteria in the main privacy notice. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information using the contact details above. You can also complete the assessment without requesting a written review, or discuss your question directly by email.
